Your satisfaction matters to us, and I’m pleased to share the results from our 2023 American Customer Satisfaction Index (ACSI) surveys with you.* Your ratings showed GVEC among the top rated providers in 28 categories with Utilities and Internet Service Providers combined. Additional comments mentioned courteous and knowledgeable staff as well as your desire for GVEC to continue services like expansion of fiber and of course keep electric rates affordable. Your feedback has been invaluable; I’m grateful for the trust you place in us. These results motivate me and the staff to continually improve and enhance the services we provide to meet and exceed your expectations. We have ambitious business plan goals laid out for 2024 toward our priorities in electric, internet and beyond the meter services to empower your home, work and life.

Delivering More Reliability
In our commitment to delivering reliable electricity to our members, GVEC is partnered with Generac® as a certified provider and installer of their generators. The 24 kW and 48 kW models we offer give owners a dependable backup energy source for their homes or businesses when unavoidable power interruptions occur.
