We use cookies only to make our Web site and self-service customer service portal more efficient and to make it easier for you to submit your meter reading. In the case of the meter reading submission, you have the option of disabling the cookies storing your information.
To prevent unauthorized access, maintain data accuracy, and ensure the correct use of information, we have put in place appropriate physical, electronic, and managerial procedures to safeguard and secure the information we collect online.
Protecting the privacy of the very young is especially important. For that reason, we never collect or maintain information at our Web site or self-service customer portal from those we actually know are under 13.
We currently do not store any personally identifiable information about you, other than what is normally collected from members in the conduct of standard cooperative business.
